CCME - no matter what Ping or anyone says. The stock has been halted for 2 or 3 hours now, and if the company requested this halt and if it has any respect for its shareholders, then it is about time now to issue a statement, getting out some details on why they halted the stock.
This is irresponsible behaviour.
We all know by now that the 10-K should be delayed, as there was no announcement this week. If such a delay is caused by DTT running more procedures in the audit process then it wouldn't have been harmful for the stock to announce such a delay and give the usual bla bla like "we expect to announce fourth quarter and full year earnings on or before March 31, followed by a conference call" etc.
This silence is damaging the company's reputation, and I am absolutely certain that they are very well aware of that. This is my biggest concern right now.
