I'm sorry but a few million shares regularly tradee each day is all retail buddy, know the difference between retail and dilution...just because its going down on a few million shares does not spell out dilution...instead investor sentiment is going down because no financials had been released...in other words impatient people.
The way i see this, new name (about time), less shares been traded, new management, new beginning for a company who wanted to go public and got the chance to through voyager....
