One step at a time, they are not going for AMEX listing and they will have their hands full just to come current and relist with OTCBB any time soon, there's no reason for them to r/s and it would be a stupid move, the A/S can be reduced anytime they want and the share structure is fine where it is, if there were any real demand or buying pressure the float could disappear in a weeks worth of trading, the stock "could" become highly desired as they approach production, then they could continue to make some smart business deals with shares while avoiding damaging dilution
