I understand some of your frustration but you really need to look at the big picture. If this was a "scam" wouldn't the company be putting out PR's and selling stock into the open market? If this is a "scam" what exactly is the motive behind it? Because it clearly is not money (I am sure Rob and Mitch have seen little or no financial compensation from PCFG in a long time).

I do however agree with you that setting a date to exit if certain conditions are not met (production, financials) is a smart move, but IMO two weeks from now is way too soon.
