If the CEO can't see that, but claims the lack of sophistication among current shareholders as a primary reason



once again, that wasn't said. the PR says that BraVada is intending to uplist to attract an institutional investor class (sophisticated investors, an actual investment class and a term listed in investopedia). he in no way said that current shareholders lack sophistication.
