10 am is not early in my book! But since DA works 24/7, any time would be a good time to call him.
I would agree with you on the IR firm, but DA wants to bad mouth shareholders with his tweets about them. So what really sounds fishy, is that the Financials will be out Soon! That was Fishy back in Jan and I think the bottom line will be fishy as well. Remember that DA does these in house.
Would they not be better left to a legit Accounting Firm as well as the IR firm for contact?
