uplisting above the pink market will help to attract a broader sophisticated class of institutional investor.

exactly, the broader class of institutional investors don't normally spend a lot of time investing in the pink market, hence, they are lacking in the OTC Pink market. BraVada is working to uplist to attract this type of investor.
