right on, and I agree with your interpretation of the events you've described. Mgmt handled it very well, minimizing the potential s/p losses and showing consideration for the s/h's thereby, imo. I, too, anticipated the worst (bad news) and had a tough time getting by the initial statement of Tom Cooper's resignation. All that followed helped to dissipate the shock, and many of today's posts have additionally shed light upon the event, ultimately affording all concerned support and direction for the ensuing weeks - and beyond - until announcement time.
