I was scammed just like many, if not most, of the legitimate shareholders. I don't know about JD? He had special status with Dean, and that has never been completely disolved in my eyes. I know absolutely nothing about JD: what are his credentials? Is he legitimately in the CEO chair? There is way too much unknown about him, and no info on the internet. What is his educational background? Did he even finish high school? Where did he get his business saavy to run a company. You don't need credentials to run a pink-stink scam, so if he has none, he is well qualified to direct QASP.

Me, I want to recoup some of my lottery money. giving up 75% to an internet ponzi scheme doesn't seem the way do do it!
