no, are you? because i don't see anywhere in that PR the words "unsophisticated investor," that you just said was in there.
the PR states that BraVada is looking to uplist to attract a "sophisticated class of institutional investor"

There is the definition and explanation..it is an actual term and class of investor..so how people could take the company wanting to attract institutions as an insult is beyond me..point being.. wanting to attract sophisticated investors is not an insult to retail investors.
