What you mean what is the point of the halt then? They also did the halt a few months ago when Starr bought another chunk and they released it pretty quickly. So far today it's still T1 so it seems no rush today for them. A several week halt makes only sense if the SEC steps in but according to the trading halt code that's not the case here.


What would the point of the halt be then? It was dropping, but it is not as if the stock was plummeting. Is it possible for the halt to be several weeks?
