500,000 Shares Restricted
150,000 Common Stock Warrants @ $.25
100,000 Common Stock Warrants @ $.625
100,000 Common Stock Warrants @ $1.00
50,000 Common Stock Warrants @ $1.25

All warrants expire on April 1, 2001
