Hmmm, since TVS has 'taken' (past tense) an equity stake, what are the details of either a dilution or re-allocation of current restricted shares ? Or maybe it's another form such as warrants or convertible shares ?

Whatever the form, it is significant as to the pps once they come off restriction (several months ?) from now.

We need to know.
