HrH: I believe stock promoters are hired much more frequently by third parties than by the companies themselves. A lot of REGDEX shares end up in the hands of promoters. e.Digital frequently issues REGDEX shares immediately after financings. These shares fly under radar.
I don't know if Basso or someone else is paying them for a role to promote e.Digital, but I am fully convinced that the site has a number of shills that post with the full knowledge ansd blessing of agoracom.
