Understand your dilemma...

I put thoughts into action though and dumped a -30% loser to nab a little more NEOM.

It was today's news that swayed me. Our new marketing man is a HUGE endorsement for the future of NEOM. My guess is most people don't realise yet.
Management would (and could) not have lured him unless he was very much needed.

IMO....
