Finally, in November 2010 I myself had utilized some commonly-used algebra to arrive at a fair value of CWRN in year 2011 based all we know so far. My calculations resulted in PPS of 36 cents if the worst case scenario is considered, and B.O.D. approved share buyback and retirement are completely disregarded. Otherwise, I truly believe that CWRN has potential to be a $1 stock by the end of year 2011.
The .36 per share was "in year 2011" which made sense at the time. It is pretty clear (with the delays in trucking & shipping) now that CW will not hit the first quarter revenue projections of $32 million. I would push this PPS projection out to 2012 and - of course - it depends on resonable audited financials being released and on what / when Bob does something with a share buy back.
