They should come out and tell us where we are in the process, and if there are any stumbling blocks they are working through. I personally think this stock is hanging in the balance right now and can go either way looking at the level 2 for the past few days. Not a lot of support under 8, and not much resistance in the 9's. Of course it needs buy volume to get there. A push in the right direction would get this thing saling again.
