Probably because it wasn't a mistake as was previously posted..
The company now can do a a split when they choose to do so..It is also noted that the company said.."There is no reverse split planned or under consideration at this time"..

As was noted before..The filing is in order and nothing needs to be changed..

On a side note..We are now getting close to mid-March and the AS hasn't increased as well since that filing..The company stated that they would do everything they could to stay away from further dilution..That would be a welcome change if they can stick to it this time...veno
