You would have to look around & research for reputable platforms for penny stocks - I use e-trade because in my experience, they are solid with my trading of penny stocks. I have heard that zecco is another option - not sure about the others... I do know from experience that scottrade is a bear - they ding you with fees on penny stocks and they do not let you set sell orders of a higher percentage.
