Also the fact that peter has been screaming about how badly erhe needs to diversify and were looking into this and that for how many years now and now two people connected to erhe may end up with this property leaving us once again with nothing but talk from peter. It may not be the greastest asset but even a small percent would be something. Yes i could see this being a conflict of interest!
