HrH: I have a feeling that the SEC has a large file of those forms submitted about me - the evil paid basher who tries to deceive longs by making wonderful institutional equity financings look like scary death-spiral thingies. The company isn't dead so I was clearly wrong.

I have also written to the SEC a few times and have given them my RB and iHub screen names along with my full name, address and home telephone number.

I was always disppointed that they never called.

It's interesting to see that people are now starting to come to the realization that some of those they thought were evil bashers really weren't and that those they saw as champions of the cause may actually have been the evil ones paid to deceive others.
