My future mother-in-law is worried that if we have to use the NY Lemon Law that I have no chance because nothing is documented of all of the times that I've been back to the guy that sold me the car and his mechanics.
Now, say we went to court...if we put those two mechanics up on the stand and make them swear to tell the whole truth, would this be enough to get us by? Or is the documentation an absolute must?
