ST. AUGUSTINE, Fla.--(BUSINESS WIRE)-JAN. 4, 1999-- Winners Internet Network, Inc. (OTC BB: WINR) today said that David C. Skinner, Jr., the Company's President and CEO, would like to announce WINR's Secure Banking for Internet Gaming revenue projections for 1999.

WINR became a fully operational company in mid December 1998. At this time WINR began processing on-line transactions for its approved internet casinos and sportsbook sites. Since WINR is the only company in the internet industry that provides both on-line processing of funds into a players safe, secure and confidential account and out of the same account via a debit card, that it will be the industry standard for internet gaming.

There is currently no competition in the market place today that can provide the same services that WINR provides for its customers. WINR currently has 7 approved casinos and 7 approved sportsbooks, which can be found at http://www.winr.net, utilizing its internet banking software and is negotiations with several other companies that will allow WINR to expand even further into the marketplace. In 1999 WINR estimates that from the signed software distributor contracts it currently has, along with the new contracts pending, this will generate licensing revenues in excess of $1-$1.5 million dollars. These contracts will also generate an estimated gross processing revenues of $8-$10 Million dollars.
