Winners Announces Hurricane
George Causes a Delay

ST. AUGUSTINE, Fla.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Sept. 29, 1998-- Winners Internet Network, Inc.
(WINR) (OTCBB:WINR - news) is forced to announce that the commencement of operations
between WINR and InterBet Casino has been delayed. This has been caused by the destruction
that Hurricane George has caused in the Caribbean. InterBet Casino and WINR were to begin
their commencement of revenue streams on October 1st with WINR processing the financial
transactions for InterBet's customers allowing them to gamble online with the InterBet system.

InterBet Casino will be delayed in the opening of their Casino due to the mass damage that was
sustained on their Caribbean location of the Dominican Republic. WINR has been in constant
contact with InterBet about these matters and InterBet has been unable to determine the amount of
damage due to the lack of power and telephone communications in the Dominican. On Monday,
September 28, 1998, Interbet informed WINR that they will be unable to ship any of their
necessary computer equipment to the island location due to the fact that Customs will only accept
relief items at this time. It is currently unknown how long these efforts will delay the operations
between InterBet and WINR.

WINR has also been working with other Casino operations that have not been affected by the
storm. WINR is currently working very diligently with these Casino operations to bring them
on-line with the WINR Banking Financial Structure. The agreement WINR has with InterBet is to
allow them to be the first Casino to utilize this structure; however, due to the fact of the unforeseen
delay caused by Hurricane George WINR is proceeding with other Casinos if InterBet is not ready
to commence full operations.
