Winners Internet Launches the Winners Debit Card

ST. AUGUSTINE, Fla.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--July 9, 1998--David Skinner, Jr., President of
Winners Internet Network, Inc. (OTC-BB:WINR - news) announced today the launching of the
Winners Debit Card. The WINR Debit Card will be accepted at over 250,000 locations in 17
countries worldwide. Cyberlink Monetary System Trust will be providing the Debit Cards that will
be used by WINR's customers. Unrelated to WINR the Cyberlink Trust will also be issuing a Debit
Card to be used by other vendors in non-related gaming businesses and by shoppers worldwide.
WINR will be the only company issued the exclusive card for use in the legal Internet gaming
business worldwide. ''Having the Winners Debit Card available for our customers is a big plus in
providing a player with the ease to withdraw any of his winnings. A player will be able to withdraw
any of his winnings by certified funds, bank transfers or other related forms of payment or he can use
the WINR's card at any location with the same ease as any other charge card'', says Mr. Skinner.

will revolutionize both the Internet Casino and International Sports Book method of pay out. A

The worldwide gaming industry is estimated at $500 billion annually. There are currently over 55
Internet Gaming sites in operation with an annual volume of approximately $100,000 million, a
relatively small part of the total gambling industry. It is estimated that legal Internet gaming could

As previously announced, we feel that our total system will be fully operational in the latter part of
August, of this year. At that time we will begin facilitating all of our pending contracts. Over the next
12 months we value these agreements at 10-15 million dollars. At present we are under negotiations
with several other groups concerning our services, and are waiting to see the system in full operation
next month.

Over the past weeks our office has been deluged with questions from shareholders regarding all
aspects of the business operations including what is considered by our legal department releasing
proprietary information regarding our system that cannot be divulged until such time as we officially
begin our processing. As everyone must be aware, the system developed by Winners has many
trade secrets, including the method of processing all of the transactions. Not only from the standpoint
of our ability to offer secure transactions over the Internet, but also the worldwide banking structure
that has been developed in connection with Global Gaming Link System and the Cyberlink Trust in
Liechtenstein. We have found that when we attempt to answer questions one on one there is too
much of an opportunity to be misquoted and we cannot release any information to one without it
being shared with all shareholders by official public release statements. We have been generating
