Greetings Shareholders!


This is a friendly reminder about the SunnComm International, Inc. (OTC: SCMI) and MediaMax Technology Corporation (OTCBB: MMXT) Annual Shareholder Meetings to be held Friday April 29th in Phoenix, Arizona.

This year’s meetings will take place at the Crown Plaza Phoenix Airport. SunnComm’s meeting is scheduled to begin at 10 a.m. with MediaMax’s meeting to follow at 1 p.m.

The Crown Plaza is located at 4300 E. Washington Street, Phoenix, Arizona 85034, less than 2 minutes north of Phoenix Sky Harbor Airport and just south of SunnComm. For reservations at the Crown Plaza, please call 602-273-7778.

Registration and a complimentary breakfast reception will begin at 9 a.m. at the Crown Plaza where staff will be at your disposal; SunnComm’s meeting will begin at 10 a.m. Afterwards, lunch will be provided to all shareholders with the MediaMax meeting to follow at 1 p.m. Once the meetings have adjourned, shareholders are welcome to help themselves to afternoon snacks, to meet teams from both companies and to socialize in the Crown Plaza’s beautiful restaurant or lounge, where cigar smoking is permitted.
