Yes, I agree NIR is in deep trouble, I just finished reading the court document and like Chad said, "they caught NIR with their pants down". But still NIR can drag this out for quite some time and prolong the agony of their dastardly deeds. But in the end, I fully expect HLNT to come out on top of this. The scam by NIR, Humphries and Walter to defraud the company and shareholders is sickening. NIR sold a non secured management software twice, and they never transferred any funds of the supposed loan to purchase the software, but they want it paid back, what a shell game they are playing. The loan was never realized and the software was never received. What a shell game they constructed to hide their scam. How do these people sleep at night? Once this thing is settled the path will be clear for this stock to explode big time. And if on top of that the company wins damages that could be a big boost to the stock as well. I personally do not see how HLNT can loose here, but then I am not a lawyer. I sure would like to know what all those blacked out words said. I guess they are reserving that for trial disclosure.

So until the NIR cloud is removed we will continue to see little improvement in PPS and many will continue to sit on the sidelines. All just my opinion.
