To correct me, that would mean I am wrong. I'm not trying to be a wise a** and I'm not short this stock ( although I wish I could- I don't know how to find this stock to short and I'm unable to on my scottrade account ) - I'm simply pointing out a fact. I stumbled on this stock via an e-mail pump. and I actually bought 3,000 shares on a whim. The stock went gangbusters and i sold 2000 and kept 1000 as "free" stock. I have since sold that 1000. After i bought it - AS A QUICK PUMP TRADE- I was doing some research and i found this site. I'm sorry to tell you that they do not have any product- no matter what the e-mail you received said. They INTEND to have a product- but as of now they don't. They don't have the means of building any product- although if they "buy" those 2 companies- they MIGHT be able to produce something. What that product would actually be- no one knows- as NOTHING has been built yet.
You can not go out and buy a Krush or Kruze - and there is a better than average chance IMO that you never will be able to buy one.
And if they ever do wind up producing their product- no one knows if it will ever sell or make money. It's not as if you can look at the management and point to any sort of successful track record. In September of 2010- they were "building" an entirely different company- and that failed. So they decided to sell smart phones and tablets. on that announcement- and nothing more really- the company became worth over $100,000,000 on paper.
that doesn't happen in the real world. It would take a company years to achieve that kind of market cap- based on their product and their execution of selling that product. I make these posts not because I have a short interest- but to point out the truth about this company as I see it- so people don't wind up losing their entire investment without having a fighting chance
