There's no doubt managements to blame here. Too many things said to too many others that don't jibe with reality.
Lack of solid communication to the Share Holders of both companies regarding the facts of what's going to happen, when and how!
How we're expected to vote our shares intelligently without some REAL HARD FACTS is beyond me. Heck, I still haven't received my proxies...I wonder how many other unsuspecting shareholders are still out there that haven't seen this 90M increase??
