That's a pretty smart move. IMO, the morning rush may not exceed .09 as there is literally millions of shares above that price that may look to recover PORTIONS of their investment, as some will try to average down.

I'm thinking the next PR will be in a couple of weeks. (or if the stock drops t0Oo low.
