The dispenseries are simply not attempting to get this to a Federally approved medicine, and yes there is almost too much evidence it really is a cancer curer.

The good thing about SFIO (cbis's JV) is that they can sell (via dispensaries) without making the claim that it is medicine. Lots of people are already aware of that.
