Your post reminded me that PGIE said…

that they had partnered with Cynergy on 30 “producing” wells and my post yesterday about the Alvey Estate lease was inconsistent with this point because of the 6 injection wells, which would not be considered producing. More digging, though, may have found the other 6 wells.

Cynergy Partner’s website also shows ( in addition to Alvey) acquisitions with names of “Hatchett” and “Williams”. Sure enough, TRRC data shows that the Callahan County Regular Field has is a “Williams, R. D.” lease with 6 wells (1 of which is an injection well) and a “Hatchett Ranch” lease with 1 well. These 6 wells are all also subject to Rule 14(b)(2) and, like the Alvey Estate lease, the Williams, R. D. lease (#00478) has not produced anything since March of 2008. No production reports have ever been filed for the Hatchett Ranch lease (#14349).
