I would not consider this company a joke if DA could just get the hyped up Fianancials done and Filed. Until then, it is a joke and DA is just hyping it more so that he can burn us unsophisticated investors some more.
Look for the dilution that soon will be coming IMO! When the Financials come out and they are not enough to produce another new store, the dilution will come.
That has been the issue with DA and doing the little dilutions that turn out to be big 20 mil ones.
