And that is the issue. They should have been out by now if they were so good as DA makes noise about.
Why wait until the end of the time frame? Could it be, that he does not want to show the dilution that he has done as well as not the profit that he makes noise about?
And what is with a CEO having private conversations with others about what the store sales are? Now that is bordering on insider trading if I understand what is happening with the SEC!
