One thing that strikes me as dangerous.

If they have managed accounts and are putting stock in getting into that business they, by God's good grace, better be keeping a diligent eye out for their shareprice. That's the first place I'd look if I had a few dollars for them to manage...their company handling. It also might reflect lower account openings if someone does their DD and perceives something amiss. If I read what's going on on this board I sure wouldn't open a sizeable account. JMVHO.
