So VCTY should start explaining and promoting facts about their companies, future plans etc..)... They are the ones that are tearing down their own stock by contradicting their own previous statements/legal filings and refusing to provide any answers to shareholders.

Where is VCTY in all of this? They are making more PR's with more promises - ASCC sale details to be released soon (over a month ago - nothing yet). China liason direct contact information to be shared for us soon (well over a month ago - nothing yet).

VCTY is responsible - demand responsibility from the company that has taken the stock to these levels - write VCTY directly and request answers so that VCTY understands that shareholders expect to be treated with the respect of explanations and promises kept...
