Good day,

As a shareholder of VCTY in the millions of shares for several months now - I wanted to write to share my and other shareholder's grave concern surrounding VCTY/Odessa and the poor reputation and lack of Marketing and Press Release detail coming from Min.Mar Marketing Group.


Time and time again MMMG has failed to release news across major newswires for major events in VCTY's recent history - starting back in the Summer where they failed to PR Tactician University's initial financials release until days after filing on pinksheets - and then for ASCC's filing - they did not PR the news until two full days after filing on pinksheets...

Now they have failed again to PR news about the pro forma financials with a proper subject headline and detail...

Can you also detail why Min..ar would state to investors that 'shareholders expressed that they did not want VCTY to complete the hydro deal and become a utility company?' I know of 78 shareholders consisting of 39% of the overall float that were trusting the multiple updates stating that the hydro company was coming along nicely and at last check - all that was needed was the China signatures. Which apparently all went nowhere and we are left with 1.5 billion in the OS/AS for no reason - which was not canceled as per prior statements.


This email is to express my grave concern that your use of Min...ar Marketing Group is driving this stock into the ground because of their awful reputation and constant misinformation throughout the past 6 months that I have invested in VCTY. Please hire a reputable Marketing company that can properly market and produce detailed, professional Press Releases across newswires (trading platforms) when news is released - not days later when all momentum has died.
