I would speculate the same thing that is causing the rise this week is the same thing that's caused the rise in the past. Gas/Oil prices. There's a positive correlation between the rise in oil prices and the rise of alternative energy stocks. Oil prices go back down and unless this company can do something for a change, I'd recommend selling if you're unsettled by their track record.
