I think the liability is the scumbag doctors who signed confidentiality agreements but whored themselves out for $400.00 from a hedge fund. Heck, the manager could have just gone to Jerry's site and seen that patients were posting their results online which was all in the public domain.

**After reviewing the court documents, Ariad Management is not mentioned once. It's all the trial doctors who are in deep doo doo.
