Shareholders have reason to be disappointed, sales are still at same level as in 2006, stockprice is still at same level as in 2006. CEO salary is up huge (+25%) when compared to 2006 and shareholder returns.

So yes, shareholder are still pulling the shortest straw. Question is: when will this change ? What will be the trigger for higher prices ?

A few years ago I thought that the HP deal would change things for shareholders. Unfortunately it didnt change a thing. Over the years we saw many deals pass by. Found this post on the Yahoo board, think it says a lot about what has been happening over the last 6 years:

Project54 / Aska / Azentek / various takeover and merger chatter / Amp / licensing / Dell / HP / Creative / Elexa / hardly any debt / nice cash position / automotive / up to date quality products ... ... ... ... ... and still at prices we also saw in December of 05.

It doesnt add up does it ? Just bad luck ?

Bad luck in a world surrounded by sound, voice operated gps, cell phones, voip, mp3's, need for noise cancellation. What kind of business is Andrea in ?
