The hemp oil you find on the internet, made from seeds, is rich in Omega 3 and Omega 6, so it is used as a health supplement.

Interesting to note that seed mash is call gruel, and was made into a meal.

If the seeds are mixed with others and set out for bird food, they will devour the cannabis seeds first because it is nutritous.
