Common sense tells me if the SEC can suspend SAEI as fast as it did back in December, then there is no reason they couldnt have revoked and permanently halt the stock from trading all together by now.

In this case, understanding how enforcement actions work would serve you better than "common sense".

Common sense does, however, suggest that this "company" has disappeared forever.
