"ASPA Gold Corp. is an emerging gold mining company that has secured 100% ownership of 44 claims and 22 historically producing mines sitting on 3600 acres in the midst of one of the most historic and prolific mining regions located on the famous Walker Lane Gold Trend in Northwest Arizona"

Hmmmmmmmm....wasn't that the plan with FFGO's mines as well??? To consolidate 100% ownership???

I would not be surprised if the divis owed to ffgo get paid as planned in preferred As and Bs while the consolidated mines get funneled into a vehicle like RENS... From an 'end game' standpoint, all that would then be relevent is the 100% consolidated ownership of the mines and whatever business plan RENS has in store for the mines... With NMGL serving as 'the broker', and 'RENS' as the 'end vehicle' they will likely pull this thing off without actual 'money' changing hands as they have been so dubiously complex about share shuffles' ....Whatever, who cares what they do or how they do it as long as FFGO shares can trade liquid at some point... most likely, FFGO gets preferred 'divis' of NMGL 'the broker' while the 'mines' get pushed into a 'final vehicle' like 'RENS' in a consolidated form... The pipe dream of getting 'cash' for the divi, etc aint gonna happen if history is an indicator of anything,....Suppose the only thing that FFGO holders can bank on is that trading exchange stipulation of the 'preferreds' when they are finally issued... And Since we are at '.0001' while the dividends will be at '.0034', that leaves a huge spread for PPS to move hard when a divi record date gets set...whether it is gonna come from market influx or a 'short squeeze' or whatever else doesn't matter to me anymore... I just want FFGO share price to MOVEEEEEE so that I can finally get me $$$ OUT!!! Whether the dividends will be worth waiting for or not may be another story when the cards are on the table... for now, it seems like FFGO will move once things are apparent and clear... till then, we remain dtuck and in the dark ...
