Absolutely and most logical scenario. Question is how do you do that and value the company properly with what very well is likely to be billions of mineral wealth buried in the ground.

NAK is showing all signs it wants its position in Pebble bought out. One scenario I envison is NAK using that cash to prove out all of BCSP and BH on its own.

Another scenario could be the formation of an entirely new entity U5? to develop the claims. Either way I see it desireable for LBSR to hold equity until much reserves can be proven.

HDI is driving this and we couldn't be in better hands, IMO.
