I do not believe or think they were part of original consortium. The very first AI report said ERHC's OFFOR. The second article changed it to Offor's ERHC, and AI was the only source mentioning ERHC. BTW there has to be Nigerian company involved in each bid, and if ERHE and Blair's UK company were teaming up, who was the Nigerian company? LOGIC is a wonderful tool.
