There was only one source...

that ever reported that ERHC (Offor's ERHC) was a bidder and that was Africa Energy Intelligence, albeit in a number of different articles. The accuracy of their reporting was always questionable, however, what with their continued referrences to Elan Oil (vs. Eland Oil). They also reported that a company named Intels was a bidder, but that was denied by Intels.
