what can keep a good gold mine from going into production. how do i know i was on the tail end of a big gold mine that coulda been a big operation. i dont kow all the legal processes that a leasee and a lossor of the mineral rights have to go through with,and also the owner of the land, but it can be hetic.i my thinking , could it have been all 5 companies wanted the mineral rights to the conglomerate area , but between the owner of the land , the leasee of the mineral rights,the rorality rights ,can lead to a big disagreement there the big companies say heck with it. sorta been there and done that. not going into alll the big detail, theres to much that can happen, before you can open a producing mine> Washington Mutual Inc.
