But does TCU stand with us? Are any of that separate company's profits being used for the betterment of the pps of it's stock? How would we know if it was used to help VCTY?

Does TCU even know or care about what the stock of it's 'parent company VCTY' is doing? Why would they care?

Dilution gets a bad name... because it lowers the value of everyone's shares in VCTY... if there were 4.7 BILLION Iphones out there for everyone - then I can guarantee you that they would not sell for the same dollar amount that they are selling for now... the price would go down... hence the dropping PPS

Economics - Supply and Demand. There is a HUGE increase in the Supply and a very very low Demand for VCTY.

VCTY just gave up a million+ profit company for what appears to be nothing in ASCC - why would we expect the share price to remain the same as it was when we had that profitable company under VCTY?
