Superdow! You are a kick! I think your remark cannot be disproved, even while I hope you are wrong. There is an assumption that all is proceeding in the direction of receipt of the first tranche, but if you take the h out of tranche, you get trance, and many of us have been put in one. A dreamy state...
I am not sure how you leap to the conclusion about MDMN trying to receive funding "to drill on its own" but it is interesting to me that the Q&A does not seem to address the single issue that everyone is asking about, so your idea may be close to the truth!
