I do not disagree with anything you have said, HOWEVER, there can be additional factors contributing to the PPS, and the sentimate on message boards. Significant Failures to Deliver indicating a large naked short interest, and possibly over 100 MILLION phantom shares in the float are are contributing factors just like the others you have mentioned, and should not be discounted with regards to their effects.

um, not really, bashing/pumping is reaction to a company's actions... so sentiment is propped up by company actions really. And of coarse pps reflects all circumstance surrounding a companys actions (dilution, lies or truths,etc)

Rare to find a penny stock with a pps where it doesn't deserve to be due to CEO's and S/Structure.
